Delivery
How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on manufacturer. Please see specific product page for estimated delivery time.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free for all e-bikes, e-scooters and accessories over £100.00
Will my e-bike be delivered assembled?
Most of our bikes come 90% built. Assembly is very straightforward and can be carried out without any prior experience.

Do i need a license to ride an e-bike?
No license is needed In the UK. You must be over 14 years old to ride an electric bike however you don’t need a licence, tax or registration.
Do I need Insurance?
Insurance is not legally required however we would recommend that you do to cover yourself from theft or damage.
Do you have a showroom?
No we currently we are only online however we are hoping to change that in the near future.
Does my e-bike come with warranty?
Yes all of our e-bikes come with a minimum of 1 year warranty. Please see specific product page where it will tell you more information on warranty for that product.

How long does my e-bike take to charge?
Most e-bikes take around 4-6
Can I charge my e-bike overnight?
Yes all the e-bikes that we sell have an automatic cut off in the battery chargers that will stop charging when the battery is full.
Are e-bikes difficult to ride?
As long as you can ride a regular bike you can ride an e-bike! An e-bike is actually easier to ride!
What happens if my battery runs out of charge?
If your battery runs out of charge you can just simply carry on cycling as you would with a normal push bike.
Are electric bikes heavy?
Most of our e-bikes weigh around 20-25kg
