Firstly I would like to thank emotion bikes for answering all of my questions with prompt responses. As an older person it was vital to have a bike that was easy to get on and off. I also needed a bike that could be stored in a small space as storage space is not great where I live and the whisper folding bike ticked all the boxes. I will certainly recommend this bike and company to anyone who asks!
Super happy with this purchase. Delivery came on time although box was a little damaged thankfully the bike was in perfect condition. Test cycle went down a treat and got used to the bike fairly quickly. Looking forward to putting it to the test this weekend! Great job guys

Delighted ! Everything about this Wisper Stepthrough is brilliant Value, Build Quality, Overall finish, Comfort and the all important performance….which is really impressive…It took us only 30 minutes to assemble and it is so easy to adapt to !
This is a very neat and tidy little bike. Saves the bad knees with on the steep inclines and can now enjoy the outdoors again!
Bike arrived on time and assembly was nice and simple. The bike rides brilliant and folds away nicely into the boot of my car. Highly recommend!
